World Building

This is a thread for members to post areas that they've built within their story so that others within their story know what the structure of their story's world is. We want to encourage members to work together so that they can build something truly amazing. Thank you all for making this story all that it can be!

The Southern Isles
         A collection of islands, of course south of where “The Snow Queen” takes place. Each is ruled by the country’s sole King, whose Palace resides on the largest island. It is a Scandinavian based country, and the primary language is Danish (based off the fancannon that The Southern Isles is actually Denmark). Several villages and small farms are sprinkled across the islands, with, of course, a large city on the main island. There are also several palaces across the country, to house the numerous (and still increasing in numbers) members of the royal family.
It is known for it’s wheat and seed crops, as well as it’s fine breweries. It is also famous for its sweet pastries. The most common dishes for the islands, though, would have to be any involving potatoes (The people of the Southern Isles eat a lot of potatoes-).
